I bought some perma torches but their doing the 24 hours left thing like the normal torches is this normal?

How do you get the sparkles on your monster because I just got my Wubbox past level 15 and it isn’t showing the sparkles I thought it does it at level 16

I was going to post this on Monday, but whatever. Point is, on Monday, I discovered that my tribe had gone down from its usual starting level all the way down to level 2. It's not as if a lot of people had left, only 2 had left recently. (They were a Furcorn and Fwog in case you ever want to join) The only people who started at level 1 were me and my brother's monsters. Everyone else's monsters are level 0. Does anyone know why this is the case?
