^^^^^^ I’d say no, Galvania isn’t the celestial of six elements.. the only reason Wubbox is considered the hex is because the lightning element couldn’t be recreated without the use of other elements. But the Wublins are brought to life by zapping eggs and converting them into lightning, it’s like how irl we generate electricity through air, nuclear, water, etc power plants. Electricity isn’t the fusion of those things but it can be generated using them
