Malta is a small island off the coast of Italy, I've not the foggiest idea why we're being teased with an image of a "Stringbag" plane at a harbor of a small island nation. Stringbag could very easily be referring to the instrument the bone Paironormal's instrument, maybe a string instrument played by it plucking a sort of "bag" somewhere that we can't currently see on the design.
