Scrapped Features

Okay so essences have been brought back into the spotlight somewhat since they were mistakenly added into DoF, and many a user have postulated what their purpose is

I think I know what it is

So the ethereal workshop monsters cannot be bred, they have to be synthesized using meebs that hold an elemental affiliation with one of the ethereal elements due to the stability issue

What else has been stated to be "too unstable to exist"?

The hex.

I know it's far-fetched, and doesn't really provide a reasoning behind the music note essence existing (possibly used to unlock further musical potential from the hex itself? I would imagine it plays more than one instrument), but we've seen how "essences" work before, the meebs, and there are essences for ALL the natural elements, including fire since it WAS a natural element

This can ALSO tie into the hex being extinct, as it would require all the essences to be in perfect harmony to even just exist, and the whole cataclysm thing would definitely have upset that balance of harmony, irreversably even

I belive that the reason people were getting these essences was because they were being reworked into the new seasonal cheer items.

So there's going to be last hex elemental natural monster but not confirmed since after 12th Anniversary should we let's find out will be confirmed for last hex Natural Monster but it's not definitely wubbox is hex elemental natural kinda?

Wubbox is so determined to tell me that I can make electricity by putting fire…water, Wind, Plants, ice, And *rocks* together :sob:

Been cooking up an “ethereal gold island” bio for a bit. Thoughts?

“Have you ever wondered where the colossals once did their crafts? Well, to find out, you must travel the pocket dimension. You must go far, farther than thought possible, and then yet farther - and you may just find it. This distant, forgotten isle rests nearly the edge of the pocket dimension, adorned with the jars of bubblerite and forgotten blueprints. Unkown, exotic, and strange plants have sprung in the absence of crafting. The colossals once crafted the beginning of life here. It is fitting the island may not be barren any longer…”

-it’s got a sort of tropical feel, a forgotten island, as the bio says, so far away from ethereal island, that it’s at the very edge of the pocket dimension

-The color scheme is very…weird. Intentionally colored to not really bring to mind any familiar landscapes. There’s otherworldly looking, palm trees, moss, vines, and the like. the island is surrounded by a sea, also mentioned in epic jellbilly’s bio, the pocket dimension does have oceans. the water is slimy looking with odd, alien corals dotting what you can see

Random and wild idea: what if bringing together all the elements of each class (natural hex, ethereal quint) re-summons the colossal spirits instead of making a normal monster? I mean, the only real time we’ve seen this happen was magical sanctum, and the quad is a young version of of the titan they are standing on

I’m not saying this will happen, in fact I’m 100% sure this will never happen, but it would be pretty awesome

So it's seems Haur'p Teleported to Cave Island This is Likely predicted when Last Natural Monster is Haur'p Because it's confirmed or is it just fanmade and likely Haur'p Has Own Grown Up Version and Likely did have seen that coming!.

So i have seen Daniel Henderson's Video was Showing a New Monster would be Likely a Seasonal or Hesmx Elemental Monster confirmed by Fans, Some Suggestion was it Hoax or Likely Confirmed Who Knows it's unknown surely

If the DOF scrapped island (Limbo Island) actually comes, this could be the Post - Limbo Island loading theme.

Ive been wondering about this for a long time and I feel like it makes perfect sense to have them on the Scrapped Features page. What do yall think??

I found a video by Snowmander that goes into a lot of detail about the scrapped content of DOF so that could be useful if we do decide to add it to the wiki

So I was playing some DOF when I went to the wondermine, and then I sped it up. I checked in my vault only to find what the game calls "essences."

There is one type of essence for each natural element, excluding the fire element for some reason. I'm thinking that maybe there's a lore reason.

I don't know if this counts as a leak since it's not officially out yet, but if it does, please find a mod so that they can delete this post.

So the scrapped essences are real! They sell for 2k each but dont currently have a use, they are cooking something
