Let's put it to the test. Let's see if a spin wheel is better at predicting Wublin variant than me.

Whatever it lands on has a 11.11% chance of being correct...

The wheel guessed Epic Pixolotl, so that's my guess as well. I'm actually gonna lose my mind if this is the one time I get it right.

I don't even know what category to put this in. I guess its technically a prediction, but is it really a theory if its just gambling. Is it a game?

I guess while were on the subject of Epic Wublins, I wanna say something about the newbie.

Epic Dermit is a treasure. After all that turmoil over what the mysterious horned monster is, not only was it an Epic Wublin that broke the every other month pattern, but it was Epic Dermit which I didn't even see anyone predicting, and the white fur from the teaser is a completely different color from the rest of the monster, AND IT LOOKS LIKE THIS. That is hilarious. This design bring me so much genuine joy. It feels so far removed from a Dermit, and that's kind of why I like it so much.

The Epics we got today are both gorgeous, but for two very different reasons.

“If you’re looking to spark or to jolt your life back, then this monster is just for you, The Epic Pixolotol is made of wires and run of power batteries, also made of some other parts specially made from the Wubbox! But what happened to its other arm you may ask? Well… let’s just say that if this Epic Wublin is too joyous…it might over spark itself and might lose some features, hence the tail.

I’m probably gonna make one more epic wublin before I start making epic magicals again so what epic wublin do you guys wanna see next?

Shadow and plasma being so prevalent was a coincidence but I like how it worked out

The frame of the screen would be the biological part of pixolotl, it warped into an immobile screen to project a low-graphic pixolotl which would be making all the animations

So I was originally stuck on how supernatural monsters work in my AU for sometime, until sorta recently. I've been playing way too much Monster Hunter Wilds lately, and as I was playing it, I ultimately decided I wanted to base the Wublins in my AU off the guardian monsters from that game.

In this AU Supernatural monsters (this also includes the Wubboxes) do not need to eat or drink, instead only needing to fuel themselves with electricity from The Storm. Wublins also have cores infused in their bodies, which store the fuel they need to survive. Their irregular, lightning-shaped markings, which can also glow, are a result of absorbing electricity in their bodies.
