mech islet nitebear
44% chance for nitebear on dishwish, still no signs,
I CURRENTLY OWN 11 CRYSTAL MEEBS.
The big one-oh! Ten episodes! With a new name and new blog where you can find all of the previous episodes, this series is going stronger than ever! And I'm bored rn, so let's make it quick.
Alright, you know the drill:
If you can correctly guess which Shadow islet Monster (13 total, Common) I'm thinking of, you will get to choose a Monster (can be a variant) for me to draw. Only one guess per person.
The winner is @CursedXyster!
It was Nitebear

Maybe this is just a me thing, but I love how every E.W. wave has its own personality. Wave one is the pilot, and wave two is the Plasma episode. A little bit of vocals to add more flavor to the final verse at the time, an extra punch of percussion and build up in the Yooreek verses, and... Whaill.
The first time you hear Whaill is a moment you never forget.
Also Flasky, my 2nd favorite of my 16 children
And Nitebear, my.......... yeah.
Nah, I'm just joshing, I love the sad bear.
I don't think Nitebear fits in ethereal workshop.
The sound Nitebear makes in that island doesn't fit with all of the other sounds the other monsters make.
Nitebear fits with the other islands but not ethereal workshop in my opinion.
Nitebear did very good in Shadow Islet in my opinion.
I need this, i have 5 CRYSTAL MEEBS JUST GIVE ME GODDAMN BELLOWFISH OR NITEBEARR my luck is kinda horrible (i just uncovered a bellow lol zarroe heard the prayers)
Crazily enough, the nitebear verse in shadow islet actually slaps ngl. Its genuinely really good. Crazy props to the person who composed shadow islet, it's very well done.

My logic for the release date of Rare Nitebear was based on the release month of something from another franchise, and I was both right and wrong. My fault came from the assumption that the Rare would extend the FNAF referencing from the Common. Rare Nitebear is instead a reference to Where The Wild Thing Are, which much like FNAF 2 released in November. It's refreshing to see them try new things with the Nitebear's instead of fully committing to the FNAF train like they did with the Bellowfishes.
The clash of ideas in Rare Nitebear blend together so well in comparison to Common Nitebear. THIS is how you make a green Rarethereal. The stone texture, taking the texture of the Commons head and put it onto the Rares left arm, the two left eyes like Gaddzooks, every little detail of this monsters makes me unusually happy. I always knew Rare Nitebear needed to lean into the Shadow element, and they served.
Also, fun fact: They continued the trend of Mech Islet Rare animations being slightly altered. Common Nitebear kicks its legs up, and Rare Nitebear doesn't.
For a monster notorious for dampening the mood wherever it goes, I can't help but smile when I see this design. I can't wait to see this thing on Shadow Islet.
It's going to the top.
Current ranking:
#1: Rare Nitebear
#2: Rare Meebkin
#3: Rare Auglur
#4: Rare Yooreek
#5: Rare Blarret
#6: Rare Gaddzooks
Rare Teeter-Tauter, you're next, and I mean it. Either it comes in late December based on my theory, or it comes in early January based on the theory of Rare Workshoppers alternating with Epic Wublins. There's no better way to celebrate the new year than with them.

New Seasonal Snacks
Either Rare Flasque or Rare Nitebear
Epic Mimic. I was originally betting on Epic Candelavra, but Epic Mimic would fit better considering the evolutionary relationship between it and Gobbleygourd.
Either Mirror Fire Islands or the Fire Haven Colossal Conundrum. While I don't find either of these particularly likely to happen, I'm leaning more towards the latter, as Mirror Fire Islands would fit the exploratory theme of Perplexplore better.
New Paironormal hybrid on Paironormal Carnival
The one instance where I have a specific timeline for a Seasonal event prediction is the one time I ignore a major plot hole regarding when it starts. Thanks again, Tater.
So let's start this out with simply listing the things I predicted:
Costume & Seasonal Snacks (Shocker)
Epic Knurv (Shocker)
Rare Nitebear*
Epic Mimic*
Epic Rooba
Control-Ruin Paironormal
*Even though F-E is happening on the 19th, the next Quintessence & Fire With Fire promos are still supposed to happen on the 12th, which would push Epic Mimic out of F-E. But like... Rare Nitebear & Epic Mimic. I still love that FNAF duo idea. So let's go over our options here.
Option #1:
Nov. 12th: Epic Mimic
Nov. 19th: Rare Nitebear + Epic Rooba
Nov. 26th: Control-Ruin Paironormal + Epic Knurv
Ultimately, the FNAF duet is just wishful thinking. But that doesn't mean I'm not expecting Rare Nitebear this month anyway. I noticed that the monsters I predicted would release consists of one Quint, two Triples, and two Doubles, so I thought it would be fun for the release dates to be divided by these tiers.
Something else I wanna point out here: Rare Bleatnik was the first Dreamythical variant, and released on the first day of its respective Seasonal Event. Every Rare Dreamythical and Epic Bleaknik afterwards released in the 2nd or 3rd week of their respective Seasonal Events. It seems as though Dreamythical variants releasing on day one is a thing of the past, therefore Epic Knurv on the 26th is essentially a given.
Option #2:
Nov. 12th: Epic Mimic + Rare Nitebear
Nov. 19th: Epic Rooba
Nov. 26th: Control-Ruin Paironormal + Epic Knurv
If I really really wanted to keep this duo alive, I could just have neither of them release in F-E. Keep in mind, one of the reasonings I had for Rare Nitebear's placement was that FNAF 2 (the game) released on November 11th. This one's a maybe.
Option #3:
Nov. 12th: ...
Nov. 19th: Epic Mimi- hey wait a minute.
Mimic is not a Fire monster. It has no connection to the Quintessence sales, and Fire With Fire sales only apply to Commons and Rares. Technically, Epic Mimic has no reason to perfectly line up with these sales, and frankly, I think that makes sense. I want them to finish the Mimic variants already so we can move on to getting Mimic on other islands and no longer treating it like the Fire monster that it isn't. But that's just my opinion, and I don't have much faith in this idea.
Option #4:
"Um actually, Epic Candelavera is next because the Rare released in Feast-Ember as the first Rare Quint too, and also it makes sense because Candelavera resides on Fire Haven. And also Rare Flasque is the next as well because it is next in succession."
You know what, I'm not gonna say a word, I'm just gonna let the screenshot within a screenshot do the talking.
Summary:
Things will in fact occur this month.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot. I gotta compensate.

Yeouch, extremely late to getting some done... Even if I tried to speedrun three a day, other ideas and procrastination stopped me. Original post here. I'll open a new one when the holidays come.

Dakktyl requested by AnonymousTater. I've gotten obsessed with Dakktyl and drawing him thanks to you.
Shhimmer comparing herself to a fruit roll-up requested by Blarret fan. I think Dakktyl would call everyone by either "darling" or "dear."
Nitebear playing with a yo-yo and awake requested by Readyplayer20. Maybe not awake by that much, but he's pretty adorable now that I draw him.
Furcorn as a king requested by YourBuddyDaniel. The mascots of MSM seem to be in quite a problem...
Hyehehe and Cherubble requested by TheContentYouWant OwO. I traumatized my friend (@BrtshGentlemen) with the way I drew Hyehehe, and I didn't even know he was based on a hyena.
Rare Toe Jammer requested by JupiTWOns. All of Cherubble's seahorses (I forgot the name) are sleeping on him, they need a break too.

Epic Boodoo coming out of the water to scare Epic Spurrit on his ship requested by A regular Crisha. It was fun drawing them both, I especially loved drawing E.Spurrit's muscles and E.Boodoo's eye.

Roarick singing requested by Redking555. I didn't know how he sounded like when making this—I just read the biography. But he definitely does sound like a monster who'd unironically sing Mariah Carey songs (say, it's time...).
Whajje in an escape room as Boo'qwurm watches him requested by DanielTheGoodGamer. I did this digitally in hopes of being speedy with it. It did make shading it much easier.
Rare Gaddzooks with the heart keychain GIF requested by Sussssy. I planned to draw just R.Gaddzooks and make a GIF out of it, but the website was super laggy.
I finished writing this on Monday, but then I was like "It's too early, I'll post it on Wednesday", and then I forgot to. And me putting it off actually worked in my favorite because I just noticed something that I have yet to see anyone talk about. But I'll get to that when the time comes.
Usually in these post, I just list thing that may happen sometime during the event. But today, I've got dates.
Sorry, that was cheap. Let's just get to it.
November 12th (Day one):
Costumes:
You know the drill, I never have any costume ideas. However I do have something to say related to costumes. We got one singular costume is Spooktacle, and two in Beat Hereafter. Two of those three were for monsters have already have a costume. When are we gonna start giving more costumes to more monsters that don't have them? I know this is so nitpicky, but we literally have more Epic Natural costumes that Rare Natural costumes.
But sure, let's give Mammott its 158th costume.
Seasonal Snacks:
I usually don't have much to say about the Seasonal Snacks either, but this one feels special. Thanksgiving is a holiday know for its food, so there's a lot of good choices. Obviously, no turkey because that already exist. I think we should get more fun with our picks. For example:
Canned Cranberry,
Cornucopia (Not really a food, but you get the idea.),
Whatever this is.
Look I'm a picky eater, I don't have extensive knowledge on Thanksgiving food, but the MH's probably do.
Rare Nitebear & Epic Mimic:
Grouping them together because I've already explained in the past the significance of these two.
November 19th (Week two):
Epic Knurv:
No new Wanderer this month because Buzzinga is already on the island and Gobbleygourd was but a Mimic at the time. Although if we are getting Epic Mimic this month, it would be funny if they embraced that bit of lore and put Mimic on Wanderer Island. I'm just being silly. My point is Epic Knurv is the last bit of Seasonal/Mythical content relating to Fire Haven left. Knurv used to be my #1 favorite monster, now it still sits in my top five. A beautiful sound with a bizarrely creative sound device. That's something special only BBB can come up with. Ok, I've done a lot of yapping, and I'm happy to say all this talking has lead up to... nothing. I have no ideas for Epic Knurv. Oops. Moving on.
Epic Magical(?):
I never thought I'd be adding this topic to a theory post this early. I was completely dumbfounded when I first saw Epic Clackula. I was even more happy to see a lack of unique animations. Ok look, I don't think were gonna be getting Epic Magicals as often as we got the last of the Rare Magicals this year, but there's still 41 left to go, so I wouldn't mind a little tiny speed up. I'm nutoriously bad at predicting this kinda stuff, but I'll try. My pick for Feast-Ember's Epic Magical is... Epic Rooba. Firstly, Rare Rooba released a little over two years ago last November. Second, Common & Rare Rooba have always been portrayed as hippie vegans. Thankgiving is a holiday know for eating a lot of meat. My idea is that Epic Rooba wildly contrasts its cousins by being a total carnivore.
Hello, you've reached the part of this post hinted at in the beginning. I was looking at Epic Clackula's page, and I had a thought about its promotional image.
Every Rare/Epic promotion has sillouettes of other monsters in the same rarity class in the background. For example for Workshop Rarethereals, they have Rare Yooreek, Gaddzooks, Blarret, & Auglur. But we only have one Epic Magical. So that begs the question...
What is this? To the left is very clearly Epic Clacks, but the circled silhouette must be an unreleased Epic Magical. So does this silhouette match up with Rooba?
I kinda see it, but that could just be theory bias talking for me. That's about it, let's get back to the stuff I wrote days ago.
November 26th (Final week):
New Paironormal Hybrid:
This one's a strong maybe. We know it's gotta happen sometime before the year ends, but I don't have much reasoning for this date other than it just feel right to me. I'm predicting based on the wording of Matt in the 5.1 Update Showcase, Paironormal Hybrids are releasing one at a time (With or without its Major form is still up in the air). I believe it was an intentional choice to have none of the current hybrids contain the Depths element, as Shhimmer is just as new as they are. So perhaps the next hybrid will be the last one to not contain Depths, that being Control+Ruin. I guess I also could've just said "Control+Ruin is next in succession" and it would have been quicker, but whatever. If it is multiple at a time, there's no a doubt in my mind that Control+Ruin is one of them coming next.
November 31st (Nopes):
Finally, we have two commonly predicted events that I just don't believe in yet.
Shadow Islet:
I've already gone into detail about how much better of a spot December is for Shadow Islet.
https://mysingingmonsters.fandom.com/f/p/4400000000000280185
Mirror Fire Islands:
These have been a hot topic (no pun intended) for a while now. I was pretty confident they would finally be coming in Feast-Ember 2025. But here's the thing (And this applies to Shadow Islet too): We need a gob darn break. The last two months have been filled to the brim with big boy content, and we already getting one more new island this year (That being Shadow Islet), Mirror Fire Islands is just doing to much. Perplexplore 2026 will work better imo.
Summary:
November 12th, 2025: Costumes, Seasonal Snacks, Rare Nitebear, and Epic Mimic
November 19th, 2025: Epic Knurv, and Epic Rooba
November 26th, 2025: Control-Ruin Paironormal (At least)
Philhound-Liszt:
0ct. 29:
Minor Paironormal Carnival
Epic Dermit
More Profile Cards
Seasonal Snacks: Forever Flan and Stew of Spirits
4 New Beat Hereafter Costumes (one of which are for Arcorina)
Nov. 5:
Rare Nitebear
Original for comparison:
I remembered Google Sheets had a built in zoom function, so now you get my prediction chart in a higher quality that usual.
As implied by the subtitle, this version ignores the suspected release dates of the remaining Islets. I also haven't made any attempts to predict new spaces for them, and placing Rarethereals where they would go. It would be unfair for Mech Islet to be the only Islet that doesn't coincide with the release of a new Ethereal variant (Plasma came with Epic Fung Pray). I don't know, I'm having trouble transitioning to the actual meat of this post.
First and foremost, you might noticed this change:
Old: (33333)34334343445
New: (33333)33434343445
I switched around the distribution a bit. And this technically lines up with the distribution order of the Commons, which is an idea I've played with in previous timelines.
Something else different that I like is the position of the Triples next to the Quads. Originally, Rare Rhysmuth came right after Rare Teeter-Tauter, and Rare Pentumbra came right after Rare X'rt. Now, the Quads are still is reverse order, but the Triples are much more out of order, because you know if there's one thing I hate, it's variant repetition. Ok, Now let's get on to the date explanations.
October 2025 - Skipped?:
Technically this is not a month skip, as Rare Auglur already released on October 1st. I call it a skip, because it was utilized in my last timeline, and a lot of people seem to have a consensus that Rarethereal #21 will release in October anyway. You know me, I am contractually obligated to be different. But that doesn't mean I don't think Rarethereal #21 won't be...
November 2025 - Rare Nitebear:
Good ol' RareBear. Even it not coinciding with Spooky Month, it still feels like the next step forward. RareBear in Feast-Ember is another idea I've explored in a previous timeline. At the time, I had no good reason for it, but thankfully Terref gave me a decent excuse.
And in the meantime, I actually came up with another excuse on my own. The Five Nights At Freddy's 2 game initially released on November 11th, 2014. Isn't that date awfully close to November 12th? Nitebear is a walking FNAF refrence, and Rares are essentially sequels to the Commons. So Rare Nitebear/Nitebear 2 releasing near the same time as FNAF 2 works. I originally made the excuse to skip November because of Mirror Fire Islands. But imma be totally honest, we got Wanderer Island, Paironormal Carnival, and were about to get Mirror PC and/or potentially Shadow Islet. I know we usually get big things during Feast-Ember, but personally, I think we need a break from major content (no pun indented). November 12th is also the day of the next Quintessence.
Speaking in which, I have to go on a quick tangent. Many people think Epic Candelavera will be the first Epic Quint releasing in Feast-Ember. But honestly, I kinda like the idea of Epic Candelavera and Epic Mimic surprise swapping places. First and foremost, the very last Fire monster (Under WubHex propaganda) being THE Epic Fire Top Boss is fitting. Secondly, while were on the subject of FNAF, do you perhaps know what FNAF character has been getting really popular lately with its disasterpiece fan-song, and it's own game in June? The MIMIC. Epic MIMIC + Rare Nitebear = The ultimate FNAF tribute. Anyways...
December 2025 - Rare Teeter-Tauter:
Oh Rare Tater Tots. My go-to timeline beginner from about June to September. But that's in the past. Now we gotta find a spot of them in the future. I originally placed them in March with Crystal Islet, but that dream is dead and gone. Now I can go back to putting the party horn monster at a time of celebration instead, and guess what celebratory eveny is happening on a Wednesday this year? New Year's Eve. I'm imagining a short revealing it with the caption "Celebrate the new year with the Rare Teeter-Tauter!" or something along those lines.
January 2026 - Rare Oogiddy:
Even before the MPC teaser potentially disproving Shadow Islet, I wanted to change up this timeline, and it's all because of this ridiculous beginning that my brain tried and fail to convince me that it was justified.
It's so ugly, the skips feel so forced, it's semi-misleading because people will think they're releasing every other month like the Epic Wublins, and the gap between Rare Oogiddy and Rare Piplash has no reason to be 10 week long, the same as the gap between Rare Whaill & Rare BeMeebEth. Making sure Rare BeMeebEth's gap was the longest one was one of my top priorities.
Anyways, January 2026 is basically the only spot it can go with the rules I've put in place. My intent is to match up Rare Oogiddy's release with Epic Bowhead's release so we can have a Double Boss release. A Double Triple Bossy Deluxe on a raft, if you will. Also, while I was looking through random holidays, I found out January 6th is National Cuddle Day. Oogiddy is based on a cuddlefish, so that could be another excuse for a January release.
February 2026 - Rare Piplash (Unchanged):
I'm so glad I devised a better layout for the first few month, because I couldn't bring myself to place Rare Piplash anywhere but on George Harrison's birthday. Now the gap is much less ugly.
March 2026 - Rare Rhysmuth:
March 25th is the beginning of Eggs-Travaganza, perfect time for the Rare Crystal Quad. There's something odd about Water & Crystal that always match in different contexts. For example, Rhysmuth is the only Ethereal Quad who's element match up with their respective Natural Quad when converting the elements. It makes sense for Rare Rhysmuth to be the only one to release in the correct seasonal event. But that's not the only Rarethereal coming in E-T.
April 2026 - Rare X'rt:
IT'S BACK... AGAIN. One of two of the most perfect monsters to release on April Fools Day. If they don't end up breaking the Epic Dreamythical pattern for Epic Wheezel, they've got Rare X'rt as a backup. Heck, they could add both if they really want to. I mean this day won't fall on a Wednesday until 11 years after, now's the perfect time to use it to the fullest. This is the only instance after the first five that two Rarethereal release on back to back weeks. Why? Because it's funny.
May 2026 - Skipped:
I dealt with the first month skip, and the third one I kept as it was already perfect. Now, I need a spot for the second month skip. I decided on May. If Mirror Fire Islands don't come in Feast-Ember, the next best spot is the other Fire Island's seasonal event. Something else to note is if Epic Candelavera does close the book on the Epic Fires in Perplexplore, it would be fitting for the Mirror Fire Islands to come alongside it. (And because they will most likely be based on Electricity, perhaps a new Epic Wublin or even two on the same day would be a good idea. But that's a discussion for another day). To be clear, I'm not saying that's the reason it's getting skipped like last time, I'm just saying what could happen then.
June 2026 - Rare Vhenshun:
Now with May skipped, I can slip Rare Vhenshun into Life-Formula again. Except last time it was the second week, now it's the first week, because otherwise the gap between Rare X'rt and Rare Vhenshun would be 10 weeks.
July 2026 - Rare Flasque:
Right now, I have it set for the 15th, which is the start of SummerSong, but if the Ethereal Islet pattern still ends up being right, I wouldn't mind if they put in on the day of Poison Islet instead, which would be the week before. that doesn't mean I'm gonna change it to that when the time comes however. I kinda want the Flasque variants to experiment with more unique, non-toxic liquids. Since it's coming in SummerSong, perhaps it can be some coconut milk or the Tropical Slime for the DoF. We got coconut tree Rare Frondley last SummerSong, it would cool if they kept that coconut theme going.
August 2026 to November 2026 (Unchanged):
Rare Penny, Rare Plasmanian Devil, and Rare Purifoy have not changed from the previous timeline.
That's it. I'm so happy with how this turned out. If the Ethereal Islets order ends up being correct after all, I'm not changing any of this, that's how much I love it. And if Rare Nitebear does come on the 29th, cool. As I always say, I'd rather be right previously than wrong entirely. If I get even a single thing right, I might think about taking the clown wear off my pfp.
Regardless, I have myself a spare Marschaall, so I'm in a good spot.
