What if the primordial monsters on the ethereal islets are actually young forms of the monsters, and whenever we get a primordial island they will be in their adult forms? It would make sense lore-wise because Zarroë just recreated these monsters, making them newer specimens. Lowb kinda looks like it would be young, like how it has the stem on as if it recently grew, and the tree that its on appears to have older siblings of the Lowb. Also if you look at the Lowb diamond package, Lowb has a tail looking thing on its back that is completely missing from the current monster, potentially meaning that it will grow later on after it looses its stem? Idk
This guy took me about 25(?) tries.
P.S. Just ignore Jellbilly, it's just a duplicate.
This is Tene after spending a bit of time on plant island btw
Also that’s a canonically sized Lowb tree
Now I just need Lowb...
But do you need all Monsters PLACED on the Island to get Lowb, or do you just need them discovered?
For the love of Galvana, just give me Lowb already! It's been 20 attempts since I got the last Monster on Plasma Islet and I still didn't get Lowb! This is more torturous than the Paironormals.
The pain from all the Sox I Dish-Harmonized. It's over.
I can die happily now.
I thought you just had to put Whaill in and it'd just randomly generate a Lowb. But I was wrong. Very wrong.
Btw I put Flasque in since I had some spares of it
Based on the bowl of coins from dof.
Where one quest ends..
..another begins.
What monsters did you dish-harmonize to get Lowb, and what level were they when you used them? How can I maximize my chances of obtaining Lowb?
For reference these are the Meebs I have now:
I've been Dish-Harmonizing Ghazts and Doubles a lot in my race for Lowb, and I keep getting only Ghazts and Doubles! If I Dish-Harmonize a Yooreek now and get more Doubles I will... actually that would be preferable, I'd rather it be bad luck than a secret mechanic the devs haven't mentioned anywhere
I’ll probably make more of these for other MSM classes if I get bored enough.
Oh, and I don’t really have anything for April fools, so have this abomination instead.
I adore the Dish-Harmonizer. It might just be my favorite mechanic in all of MSM. Breeding is plain and basic, Zapping is fun to strategize with but very time-consuming, Synthesis is just downright tedious... but this is something else. Yeah sure, it's more of an outright gacha than the others, and the waiting times are a bit long, but I love how much strategy it brings through managing your Meeb amounts! The smaller selection of Monsters really helps it out as well
"Oh, but do you really like teleporting all of those Whaills?", you might ask. And my reply is that you need to only teleport ONE of each quad, and that's only if you want to bypass the outrageous Shard cost of outright buying the Ethereal islets. And I got my tickets right here...
I've seen plenty of you fall into this same pitfall, without fail, and my friends, it is ruining you. It's simple, yall just get too attached to your lovely little Monsters. "Aww, that's my first Sox! I love Sox, it's one of my favorite Monsters, I love what it contributes to the son"- BACK IN THE SOUP IT GOES, I need more Crystal Meebs! "Oh, a Jelbilly, it's my first Poison elemental", and that's EXACTLY WHY IT'S GOING BACK IN, I'm never running out of Poison Meebs again!
This isn't your Plant island where you can have the first Noggin you hatched in the center of the island surrounded by pretty Decorations with a beautiful Path pattern underneath. This is PLASMA ISLET. We LITERALLY eat Monsters for breakfast!
Call me crazy all you want, but the Dish-Harmonizer was DESIGNED to be de"human"izing! The Monsters' names are jumbled clumps of letters taken from the sacrificed Monster's name. Are you seriously telling me yall are getting attached to "Eghjk" and "-uh"?? I at least have the decency to add a few more letters to a Monster's name before throwing it into the Soup!
But you know what I don't like? Dish-Wishing. It's a miracle how pointless it is on so many levels. Simple concept: pay a LOT more Shards to Wish for a Double and/or Triple you want. You'll get the Double after 6 failed Double pulls, and the Triple after 9 failed Triple pulls. Makes sense, right?
UNTIL you take the crayons out of your ears and realize that there are 4 Doubles and 6 Triples on each islet. So, what are the chances that you'll get one of the 4 Doubles in 6 attempts? Not that low, I'll tell ya! And the WORST part? Whenever you get the Monster you Wish for, even if the Wish meter isn't 100% full, the meter falls back to 0%! WHAT?! DISH-WISHING DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!! That was just random luck! It just wasted all of those Shards! It's worse than an ACTUAL GACHA
So, to summarize, for Dish-Wishing to be VIABLE, and worth the investment, you need to get lucky, and the alternative to Dish-Wishing is... getting lucky, what kind of joke is that?? For this exact reason, I don't think you need Dish-Wishing. You don't really need to touch it, at all. After you unlock all 4 Doubles and 6 Triples, you literally don't need it anymore. Pathetic
Just to make it clear, this rant is entirely in good fun. I'm not actually telling you how to play the game, everyone's different and I respect that. I made this just to offer a unique perspective into something that I really like. I'm hunting for Lowb right now, we'll see how long that takes. Until then, keep Dish-Harmonizing!
