This element would be centered around the unease and anxiety that can be caused by the unknown, as well as the emptiness one can feel when the information they desire is simply unobtainable. In this post I will be covering the major and minor forms of this monster, discussing possible hybrids and their theming, and explaining how this relates to the Light element.
Major
This monster would be themed after cryptids and conspiracy. Dedicating it's life to uncovering the secrets of the monster world, it has fallen into a rabbit hole of theories and distrust. The mystery it is most obsessed with, which it can't seem to decipher, is the identity of its creator. Most monsters have specific origins, but the Paironormals' roots are still unknown, which unsettles this monster.
Minor
Instead of searching for answers, this monster is the answer, but unfortunately it only leads to more questions than it solved. The origins of the Paironormals would be eluded to by this monster but not explicitly confirmed, but for the sake of this post, I'll state what their origins in this theory are: DOMA, after tracking the monster world for some time, has decided that the monsters are a danger to human society. They created the Paironormals to destabilize the monster world and send it beyond the point of no return, so that the monsters would have no chance of escaping and harming human society. Their plan: send the Paironormals into the monster world as Majors, allow them to build trust with the monsters, before turning into Minors and wreaking havoc across the Monster World. Of course, this didn't work, and the Minors were confined to the Mirror timeline while the majors remained peaceful. Now, for the monster itself:
This Paironormal was lost in it's travels to the monster world and learned information about DOMA, and vowed to stop their plan. However, it was caught, and DOMA attempted to stop it from sharing the information by destabilizing it even further. This went horribly wrong and the human world energies reacted with the monster's instability and it warped into a new state of being: not alive nor dead, not concrete nor abstract, this monster now takes the form of... Well, nothing. The monster's true form is completely unknown and it is manifested by the worries and confusion of the monsters around it. In game it would appear as a rift in space and time, filled with a twirling fog of unidentifiable figures and shapes, with its sound being created by the pulsing and whispering of the rift. To make it work as an actual monster, there could be 3 pieces of the rift: one long, crescent rift shaped like a mouth and 2 other smaller ones that look like eyes. Or the rift could look like 1 big eye.
Hybrid Concepts:
The Paironormal hybrids of the element would represent Enigma through themes of cryptids, truths best left unknown and answers lost to time.
How this connects to Light:
The major form of this monster, by searching for answers, seeks enlightenment (no pun intended) and knowledge, to allow it to experience piece at last. The Minor form, however, has fallen into darkness, an unreachable, intangible entity that can only be classified as a, well, enigma.

Let's say that we're BBB, and we want to add the unused Magical Element combos. This means every unused combination of the Plant, Cold, Air, Water, Earth, Fire, Light, Psychic, Faerie and Bone Elements!
Well, we first need to address the total number of Elements here: we have 10. TEN. The most Elements a Monster can have is 5, with 6 being reserved as an impossible number reached only by the only coveted Natural Hex! A hypothetical DECA MONSTER would make Quints like BeMeebEth meaningless!
So we have to draw a line somewhere. In order to preserve Enchantling's specialness as the Pure Magical Quad, we will have to stop at Quads. So, where does that leave us?
The unused Double combos won't give us a huge headache. There's 12 of them, and you know what, here they are right now:

Now the Triples are where the PAIN begins. In total, there are 84 unused Triple combos. EIGHTY FOUR. MORE THAN THE CONTINENT, by a good margin!
So, we aren't going to add this. No way. But we can't just add 12 Doubles and call it a day, right? We have to cut down the number of Triples.
Let's remove every Triple that has two Magical Elements, like Plant + Light + Psychic. Let's call this "magimixing". What happens when we remove every magimixing combo? Well, we now have 48 Triples. Still a LOT. Here are all of them:

The dreams of adding Quads, let alone Quints are far, FAR in the realm of impossibilty. If you are curious, the number of unused Quad combos is a whopping 190, and without magimixing it's 76. Still MORE than the Continent!!
A positive of this is that none of the existing Magical Quads would be any less special than they already are, so that's cool.
So, the existing 43 Magical Monsters, plus the 12 new Doubles and 48 new Triples is... 103. TRIPLE DIGITS! The new Monsters are a total of 60, and would need either another Continent of their own, or neatly enough 4 islands with 15 Monsters, one for each Magical Element.
Is this worth it? Most likely not... People would get QUITE sick of the Magical Monsters, and the problem of missing Magicals would still exist! We'll save this idea as a last resort. Or maybe a future sequel?
