Maybe it’s supposed to be about finding good tribe members, but it really doesn’t need to exist.

Just recently redownloaded my singing monsters after years of not playing. Not sure how everything works. My friend code is 1061580586DM if anyone wants to friend me. My tribe name is “Fun Times” (Ik it’s basic). I am unsure what torches do or how to do anything with them. And I’m very very new to the game so if anyone has advice or suggestions on how to do certain things I may be unaware of I would definitely appreciate it.

I actually learned this a while ago and wanted to spread the information here. So, there is this problem with the game where if you have enough friends, the game won't show you all of the friends that need torches lit (and it usually does this with the same friends). There is a solution where favorited friends get priority on this algorithm, so you can favorite any friends you need to make sure if the game is lying to you or they ACTUALLY don't have any torches

Trading Monsters with your friends! (Unlocks at level 45)

Imagine MSM added trading monsters into the game, as well as Player Statuses to know if a player is online! Here's how the trading would work:

You would go to the "Friends" menu and there would be a "Trade" button on your friends username next to the "Send Keys" button. Then, you would click the "Trade" button and wait for the person to accept the trade request. This is where the statuses really come to use.

If the person declines the trade request, you would get a message saying "Sorry, your trade request has been declined." If the person ACCEPTS your trade request, it would automatically start the trade!

When you are trading, there could be a list of islands that you have unlocked already. Lets say you scroll the list and click on Air Island, and select one of the monsters you have on Air island (monsters would show up as a memory game icon), for an example, Riff. (If you don't have Riff or a certain monster, the icon would not show up.) The Riff you have put in the trade would go on the left side of your screen. The other player can do the same thing as you did, just with a different monster if they wanted too.

Once you click the "Accept" button, the other player has to click the "Accept" button to finish the trade. This can also go the other way around. But if you want to, you can always decline, and so can the other player.

Once both players have accepted the trade, the trade will finish and you will get a message saying "Trade was successful!" The monster you were offered would end up in your market and you could buy it for free, without incubation. It would still reset the monsters' stats, though.

This may sound like a stupid idea but it's a cool idea in my opinion
