HOLY CRAP THIS THING IS SICK. THIS MIGHT BE THE BEST LOOKING EPIC EVER
These two are also here
Tomorrow is the day we get finally get confirmation as to which Epic Quint is coming first. And if you haven't noticed, we have yet to get a YouTube short teaser for this video. Usually, when we get Saturday trailers, we get short teasers either the day before, or the Wednesday before. But the only short we've gotten since Wednesday is an funny unrelated short about X'rt (If this is hinting at Rare X'rt in Feast-Ember, I'm gonna cry). This lack of promotion fuels my suspicion that this Saturday sneak peek is not necessarily a major content trailer like some people believed. Heck, it might not even be a premiere. It might just drop randomly at 5:47AM.
Ok ok. Here's one last question I have. Will this sneak peek be for just Epic Mimic, or will it also reveal other things coming in Feast-Ember? Personally, I could see this being a classic BBB troll where it builds up to it being one thing (Epic Candelavera), only for it to reveal something else (Epic Mimic), and then maybe we see it finding its way onto Gold Island in some way idk. My point is I think this will be specifically an Epic Mimic sneak peek rather than a full Feast-Ember sneak peek. Sense it's a Saturday video, there's still space for a MH short the day of.
No Pinghound-Liszt tonight because I don't care.
I'm tired of repeating myself, so if you want a recap on why I'm so adamant about Epic Mimic this month, click on my account and see my post & reply history. I'm not gonna yap if I don't have something new to say. And today I do.
The thing about this promo that interest me the most is the Saturday "sneak peek". Something about that wording makes me feel like this is actually not a traditional trailer. What I mean is this won't be for something major in terms of size like a new island, but rather major in significance.
Let's think about this. Say they take the boring route and make it Epic Candelavera, and there reasoning for the delay is to make it occur in Feast-Ember. So then, why do they get a Saturday sneak peek? Yeah, it's the first ever Epic Quint, but that just doesn't feel worthy of a Saturday reveal.
Now let's imagine it's Epic Mimic. It might not be magnificent design wise, but that doesn't make it any less special. Epic Mimic coming next week will not only be the first Epic Quint, but also mark the grand finale of the Natural class. The class that started it all, the oldest and most influential class in the game, the class that walked so the Paironormals could run. I don't know about you, but I think closing the book on the Natural class after 13 years is HUGE.
Heck, while were honoring the Naturals, I wouldn't be surprised if they also put Mimic and its variants on Gold Island already. That would make things a little bit more worthy of a special video. One other fun thing I noticed (I have no idea if this was intentional, I just love it because I'm a nerd): Epic Mimic is presumably releasing 1.5 years after Common Mimic, the video is releasing on November 15th, the required level for sending a monster to Gold Island is 15, and while in-game it says Gold has 116 monsters, that's only because each Epic Wubbox phase counts as their own monsters. In actuality, Gold Island has 112 unique monsters, meaning once the Mimic's come, it'll be at 115.
And you know what I just now noticed? Gold Island literally released in November. Gold island gets its first and last monsters during the same month. Look, whatever happens whenever, I want the release of Epic Mimic to mark the next era of the Mimic. While it's classified at the Air Top Boss, it is, and will always been the modern day Natural Top Boss.
As I said at the beginning, I'm sick of repeating myself, so I'm thankful for this Saturday sneak peek so the arguments can finally be put to rest no matter who is right. I've probably written a whole novella's worth of content relating to Epic Mimic, and that's because I care. My theories are a love letter to this game. I love this game, and I want the best for it. And I feel much happier knowing this time around, many other people are agreeing with me.
I'm sorry, I can't help myself.

Epic Mimic. I was originally betting on Epic Candelavra, but Epic Mimic would fit better considering the evolutionary relationship between it and Gobbleygourd.
Either Mirror Fire Islands or the Fire Haven Colossal Conundrum. While I don't find either of these particularly likely to happen, I'm leaning more towards the latter, as Mirror Fire Islands would fit the exploratory theme of Perplexplore better.
New Paironormal hybrid on Paironormal Carnival
I only have two Epic Monsters so far, but during the promotions this month, I tried for Epic Toe Jammer and Epic Clackula. I failed every time, and now they’re gone. Meanwhile, these guys are the Epics the game decided to actually give me:
A literal fluke, I was trying for Knurv, and it happened to be during the Mythical promotions in early Anniversary Month.
First try, no torches, for no particular reason other than curiosity last Spooktacle. My brother told me Epic Ghazt was available and, seeing nothing else better to do, I looked up the combo and tried it.
Therefore, my conclusion is I can only get Epics if I don’t really want to get Epics. Basically, I’ll stop trying consciously to get them and just pick random combos until I get one.
I’m sure this strategy will work beneficially in every regard without a shadow of a doubt.
" The Epic Banjaw might look like it is related to another toothy Monster in the Pocket Dimension, but do not be deceived. It is actually made up of 2 separate lifeforms, the top creature 'grasping' the tip of the sproingy material (which is sproingier than ever by the way) acts as a helmet to protect the Epic Banjaw from frequent concussions. The extra limbs help the Monsters stabilize their janky movements for a smoother experience, and when the Carnival is in town, just know that an Epic Banjaw is always prepared for a bumpy ride. "
Every Epic Seasonal has all 4 of their respective Seasonal Decorations as their likes. Each set* of Seasonal Decorations costs a total of 3.750.000 Coins and 75 Diamonds. Now all that's left to do is count how many sets of these you have to buy!
*Epic Jam Boree is an exception. Its Likes are the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 11th Anniversary Monument, which all cost a few thousand Coins. Chump change.
