Here's everything we got:
2 New Beat Hereafter costumes
2 New Beat Hereafter seasonal snacks
Epic Blipsqueak
Epic Clackula
Paironormal Carnival (Minor mode)
3 New Minor variants for Scallyrags, Dakktyl, and Jerm
Costumes: 9/10
While I won't be buying them (because I'm broke on diamonds), the new costumes look really cool. I believe they are for Arcorina and Gnarls. They nailed both of these designs. They are quite expensive, though.
Seasonal Snacks: 6/10
The Pan de muertos are literally duplicates of every other medium bakery seasonal snack, so no thoughts there. The Tomales are just Big Salads that give more XP, so that's a win. Not as good as Golden Eggs or anything, but not bad by any means.
Epic Blipsqueak; 10/10
Easily my favorite Epic Wublin so far. Putting the eyes, ears, nose, and toes in these funky spots is hilarious, playful, and genius. Plus their animations are so playful. My only complaint is that Epic Glowl and Wynq are kind of difficult to get, but that's a forgivable offense.
Epic Clackula: 10/10
An absolute banger to start off the Epic Magicals. I love this epic's design so much. It's scary and cute at the same time. It's two eyes are separated. It appears to have an affinity to the water element. It is such a cool epic, and I hope they continue this quality with future Epic Magicals.
Minor Paironormal Carnival: 9/10
Here's everything I love about the Minor Carnival. It has a bone-chilling design. It brings several new, fun mechanics to the game. Its monsters produce WILDCARDS. The Paironormals as a whole are just a great and intriguing part of the game, and this is a spectacular addition to their saga. The only thing holding it back from being a 10/10 is that the song is slightly lackluster in my opinion, especially compared to the Major Carnival. But it's not bad by any means, I just have veeerry high standards for MSM. They kind of fumbled Minor Owlesque here. It could very well be bumped up to a 10 if the song's updates in the future are good (please give us a second Owlesque track).
Minor Scallyrags: 9/10
A very playful design, and I love it. While Dakktyl is the fan-favorite major Paironormal hybrid, I think Scallyrags is the minor fan-favorite. And with good reason. the 3 creatures actually making up the Major form's "clothes" is really creative. The sound is nothing spectacular. It's second track is slightly off-pitch, but that's nothing to keep it from being a good monster overall.
Minor Dakktyl: 8/10
This is the second scariest monster in the game (foreshadowing). And I loooove me some scary things. Dakktyl's bio... man. Bro is on the verge of death. if that's not scary, I don't know what is. Animation is fire, as expected. People complain that the design isn't innovative enough, but I think it's fine, and very suitable for the Bombast Paironormal. Minor Dakktyl isn't my favorite, but it's still very good.
Minor Jerm: 10/10
Yeah, Minor Jerm is the scariest monster in the game. And that's saying a lot, considering the existence of Minor Hairionette and Nitebear. And while its design and sound are very good, they aren't what makes it so scary. It's the bio. Through the fate of time, this thing is doomed to it's inevitable loss of control of itself, depression, and perennial pain. I feel so bad for this little guy. In sympathy (and also just because it's a great monster in all regards), I'm giving it a 10/10.
So overall, I rate this update a 9/10. The new costumes, variants, and island are all just so good. I'm honestly running out of words to say. This update's only flaw is the seasonal snacks, but it'd be wrong to say they're "bad". They're just nothing special. Aside from that, it is a spectacular day for MSM. Well done, Monster Handlers.
Beat hereafter has new snacks. how much xp does the large one give? update the bakery page as soon as possible

Most Seasonal Events have "Get ready for (Seasonal Event) next week!" promotions. These happen on the closest Thursday before the actual Event begins. For the past few years, the devs have teased new Costumes in these promotions, and featuring the Monster who it would be for.
2024
2025
However, this Spooktacle has been... different. Instead of featuring a new Costume, like the year prior, 2025's promotion features Ghazt, and "teases" its already existing 'Seus-spicious' Costume. Very odd.
It is worth noting that the Obstacles visible in the promotion have been switched out for their proper Mirror counterparts. I believe that this is a sign that the ENTIRE promotion was looked over for a potential overhaul. A final look-over for any potential mistakes before cementing the design. And a set-in-stone design would mean no more Costume teasers...
Thankfully, this is my only actual piece of evidence for this. It is possible that they just wanted the new Wubbox Costume to be a complete surprise. And hey, the recent Beat Hereafter promotion directly contradicts this theory, right? Well, I'm not exactly finished...
2024
2025
The new promotion features Arcorina, the Paironormal of Bone island. Which is fitting, since Ghazt is the Ethereal of Plant island, right? Ethereals and Paironormals are parallels of eachother after all, being bred with the Quad + any Triple combination.
And finally, that's what my theory is! These promotions won't be changing anymore, but will be set in stone featuring these Monsters and their Costumes:
Spooktacle - Ghazt
Beat Hereafter - Arcorina
Festival of Yay - Grumpyre
Season of Love - Reebro
Cloverspell - Owlesque
Eggs-Travaganza - Jeeode
SkyPainting - Shhimmer
SummerSong - Humbug
MindBoggle - Hairionette
Now, you may notice that Feast-Ember and Perplexplore are missing... that's because they don't exactly have an Ethereal/Paironormal equivalent. Sure, Electricity IS the Fire Element's counterpart, but I highly doubt they'll put Wubbox in the promotions!
Maybe Candelavra and Mimic? That's the only fitting thing I can think of...
Hairionette's Costume being based on Red Riding Hood would be peak...
I hope it is, because Archie is a precious lighthouse baby that needs to be protected at all costs.
While the latest Spooktacle goes on, the beat will follow hereafter. So what can we anticipate on the day of the dead?
Guaranteed to Arrive
Beat Hereafter Seasonal Snacks - only three seasonal events left for the year, and six more Seasonal Snacks to be unveiled. Clavavera is next up in filling the menu.
Mirror Bone Island Discount - This is for those that don’t have Mirror Bone island but have a lot of diamonds on them. They aren’t gonna force us to pay a thousand diamonds for Beat Hereafter right?
High Possibility
New Epic Wublin - The Epic Wublins appear to unveil a new monster every three seasonal events. So maybe we could see a new one to add to the Polarity Amplifier’s final stage.
Medium Possibility
Minor Paironormal Hybrids - Spooktacle teased something near the end of its trailer, so they’re planning something for Beat Hereafter?
Low Possibility
Epic Magicals - Following Epic Bleatnik bringing the Advent of Epic Dreamythicals, i don’t think Epic Magicals are coming this year, let alone ones for Bone Island.

I don't think I need to convince anyone that Shadow islet is releasing next, right? Or that it will come out 2 days before Halloween? I'm sure most of us agree on this. The gap between Plasma and Mech islets is exactly 126 days, and 126 days from Mech islet's release is October 29th, which is also the beginning of Beat Hereafter 2025!
So, what about Crystal islet? Well, another 126 days from Shadow islet is... March 4th. That doesn't fall under any Seasonal Event... Alright, the 126 days thing might just be a coincidence. Maybe the islets are just releasing every 4 months?
Yeah, there's a chance that Crystal and Poison islet will just release in February and June respectively. However, I don't vibe with that! They'll just feel like repeats of Plasma and Mech if they release like that! So, I have another idea...
You see, Ethereal islets are so hype because they're giving a majority of the Ethereal Class their second song appearances, and because they're bringing back Singles and Doubles which haven't appeared for over a decade! I mean yeah, they're also amazing songs and island designs, cool lore, yada yada.
Each consecutive islet features less "new" Ethereals than the last one, "new" as in hasn't appeared on an islet before. Obviously, Plasma islet's entire cast was new, 12 total, and Mech islet featured 8 new ones, I'm not going to list them all. Shadow islet will have a total of 5 newly returning Ethereals, that being Grumpyre, Pentumbra, Boodoo, Kazilleon and ya boi X'rt.
Crystal islet will feature only 3 new ones, Jeeode, Rhysmuth and Fung Pray, leaving Poison islet with just Humbug and Oogiddy, which are a given since every Single and Quad only appear on their one islet. The point is, each islet objectively has less exciting stuff than the one that came before it, which can really be felt with Crystal and Poison. I imagine that the devs are aware of this.
So, I think that they're going to do something about it. Hear me out: I think that Crystal and Poison islets are going to release at the same time. As far as I know, no (non-Mirror) islands released together before. It would absolutely destroy content creators. It would destroy everybody's Shard reserves. It's a truly Bonkers idea, which gives me some confidence it might actually happen!
...I also think it would be neat if the Water and Earth Primordials released together like the Water and Earth island Epic Wubboxes did.
Now, there is only one Event that would be fitting for such a spectacular stunt: Eggs-Travaganza! They could even pull some shenanigans with that, since it would make sense for Crystal islet to release in Water island's Event, so the trailer would be disguised as a very obvious Crystal islet announcement, and then surprise! Poison islet is here too!
And if I'm correct about this, the stage will be set for Zarroë's Magnum opus: Ethereal Gold island, in Anniversary Month 2026. The game's 14th anniversary, which is Zarroë's special number! Remember, I do NOT think that's going to be its actual name, it's just a codename for it.
Do I really need to sell you on the fact that we're going to get Ethereal Gold island, too? The island that houses all 31 Ethereals? BeMeebEth will return in a future island. Both Plasma and Mech islet are located on the inner equator and seemingly reaching for something in the very middle of the Mirror Map. Every other big Class in the game has their own version of it: Gold island, Amber island and Magical Nexus. And not to mention that the Ethereals have become probably the most beloved Class in the entire game! They deserve this finale.
So, to recap, Shadow islet in Beat Hereafter 2025, Crystal and Poison islet in Eggs-Travaganza 2026, and finally Ethereal Gold island in Anniversary Month 2026! This is my locked in prediction. This will either be the most godly theory ever, or a horrible mess of assumptions. We'll see.
I am not going to explain the designs this time.

(Feast-Ember and Festival of Yay 2025 Predictions coming soon)
I think I remember hearing something on one of the Beat Hereafter MSM Lives that monsters can pass on to the Beat Hereafter as they please and cannot die of old age. This brings me two questions:
Did this actually happen or am I gaslighting myself that it did?
2. If it is true, does this mean that monsters don’t age in the same way as humans?
