Been a while hasn't it???

My past few days drawing have mainly been spent in a very musical fandom other than msm... specifically Epic: the Musical

I borrowed a song from it for a video some months ago... and only now am I getting into it

And of course as I invevitabley will end up doing for fandoms with humanoid characters I'm just drawing them as dragons

I started on an animatic just a few days ago I've already made like. a lot of progress (its already almost the length of the other video I just mentioned despite spending a lot less time on it so far)

(anyway i'll quit my yapping. listen to epic the musical soundtrack) (I'm listening to it as we speak) (I swear I'm normal) (haha greek mythology musical go brrr)

Anyways I thought Rare Mimic was cool so I decided to draw it, along with the common variant because I haven't done it since the 'thick sweepy lineart where I go goofy on the brush pressure' phase of my art style.

And speaking of phases of my art style I have NO idea when I slightly changed the way I draw eyes. It's been the same for years but suddenly I do this

And also that other thing where I make the lineart thicker on the outside
