Since there are two days until Perplexplore starts, here are my predictions:

Epic Cherubble & Rare shLep (Obviously): Isn't it obvious? Epic Mythicals and Rare Dreamythicals always release at their rightful events from their associated islands, so these two would release soon.

Rare Mimic (Guaranteed): It's obvious how Mimic is currently the only Quint and Natural Monster to not have a Rare Variant yet, so it makes sense that he would get a rare during Perplexplore since he is on Fire Oasis after all.

Mirror Fire Islands (Obviously): So, everybody is talking about Fire Islands getting their own Mirror Variants, so it makes sense that these Mirror Versions could be here on Perplexplore and they would both cost 600 Diamonds since there is currently no Mirror Island that has 600 Diamonds (Think of Mirror Earth Island having 500 Diamonds and Mirror Light Island having 700 Diamonds). And it would be obvious that both Mirror Fire Islands would connect with Electricity (Electricity is the Mirror Counterpart to Fire after all)

New Perplexplore Costumes (Guaranteed): Obvious reasons. lol

Perplexplore Seasonal Snacks (Also Guaranteed): Same as the New Perplexplore Costumes.

A new Rare Magical (Possibly): Since Periscorp is the only Magical Triple with a Fire Element that doesn't have a Rare Variant yet, I hope he would get a Rare. After all, Periscorp is one of my favorite Magicals.

And finally, the Psychic Titansoul (For real this time) (Obviously): 5 months ago, we all thought that Hairionette was the Psychic Titansoul, but instead, it's a Paironormal, which is fine. We haven't even get a single Titansoul Monster for 7 Months, so hopefully, we would get Cruv'Laapht's Titansoul for real this time. (Maybe I did get my hopes too high on the Titansouls, but still)
